Mojang Studios has rolled out a new downloadable content pack for Minecraft Bedrock titled "Minecraft x Smurfs DLC." The update accompanies the debut of the live-action animated Smurfs movie now showing in theaters.
Mojang is marking the launch by offering two complimentary cosmetic items. Players who open Minecraft Bedrock and sign in with a Microsoft account can claim a free Smurf Skin and Smurf Hat without spending Minecoins.
To redeem, users should:
1. Launch Minecraft Bedrock on their device.
2. Select the Dressing Room tab from the main menu.
3. Open the "Featured Items" catalog at the bottom of the screen.
4. Locate the Smurf Skin and Smurf Hat entries and tap "Get."
Once claimed, the skin transforms the player avatar into the signature Smurf blue, and the hat replicates the classic Smurf headgear. The promotional items will remain available for a limited time and will not incur any cost.
